As you all know by now, capes are a major trend this season. Ever since I laid eyes on the Burberry cape on Olivia Palermo and SJP, I’ve fallen for them!

From cosy blanket capes to stylish cape coats, there really is no escaping them – they’re everywhere! It’s nowhere near a bad thing, however. They look ultra glam with practically anything, so I’ definitely recommend investing in one this winter.

There’s so many different textures, patterns and colours available at the moment. I personally love the check ASOS one – it ticks two winter trend boxes: its check pattern and its cape style 😉 Perfect!
