My Guide to Sally Hansen Nail Care

Hope you’re all well? Today I’m teaming up with Sally Hansen to chat to you about some of my favourite products from their nail care range.

If you’ve been following me for the last couple of years, you’d know I’m a major gel polish fiend. However, I do like to give my nails a breather every now and then. I’ve been using these Sally Hansen products for as long as I can remember; they make my natural nails look a lot more glossy and healthy, which is ideal when I’m going polish-free.

First up is the Sally Hansen Vitamin E Nail & Cuticle Oil (€7.99). I always say that everyone should be using cuticle oil on a daily basis. It helps moisturise, strengthen and nourish the nails and cuticles. This is such a great product. I use this every night and have seen a huge difference in my nails.

I brush the oil onto my nails and cuticles and make sure to massage it in. This helps stimulate new nail growth so is ideal if you want to grow your nails.

The Diamond Strength Instant Nail Hardener (€9.99) is an essential in your nail care kit. I’ve found this very good every time I’ve used it. It does what it says on the tin basically – it stops your nails from breaking and cracking. The formula strengthens the nails and locks in moisture, allowing the nails to grow and look super healthy. You can use this as a base coat or on its own. I’ve found one layer of this works perfectly.

Another product I really want to mention is the Insta-Dri Top Coat (€8.49). This is brilliant for those of us who are constantly on the go and don’t have all day to sit around and wait for our nails to dry. This top coat dries your polish in seconds – literally! Not only does it significantly speed up the drying process, it also gives your nails a gorgeous glossy finish and protects them from chipping.

I apply this top coat about 2 minutes after applying the colour.
