These are all chosen from My Shining Armour. Whenever I do gift guides for women I just think, what would I like to receive. Then it becomes pretty easy because let’s be honest the list is never ending!

So whether you’ve still to buy your sister a stocking filler or you’d like to treat a friend, I think you’ll find something from my list below.

I love beautiful stationery. I particularly love Kate Spade’s stationery collection. It’s become so popular and it’s easy to see why. I adore this diary. The gold polka dots matches in well with my office so that’s why I chose that one.

Complete with monthly and weekly spreads, note pages and laminated dividers, it’s a to-do lister’s dream come true!

Also from Kate Spade are these really cute little thank you cards. Although we’re living in a seriously modern world, I like to post thank you cards. It’s easy to send a text or email but it’s so much nicer when you receive a card by post. I really like the simplicity of these. They’re blank on the inside for your own message.

How fun is this make up bag? I think anyone from a teenager up would love this. It’s so cute!

I love delicate chains, especially gold ones. This circle chain caught my eye for its simplicity too. I love that it can be worn casually during the day with a t-shirt or add it to dressy nighttime top and it’ll work just as well.

The easiest most effective way to dress up a plain dress or top? Add a statement necklace. This one is particularly good with black as it has black stones in it. It’s really pretty and striking on.
